TO CONSIDER:

It’s important that you read the following information before you purchase your tickets online.

- FABULOSA Fest attendees may purchase ALL INCLUSIVE WEEKEND PASSES or SINGLE/MULTI DAY/NIGHT PASSES in advance or by cash on the property. Lodging and meals are first come, first served. We will sell a limited number of additional meal vouchers each day. We also have a bar/cafe with tacos, burgers, snacks, beer, wine, sangria, sake cocktails, soda, water, coffee and tea (cash only). We are some ways from town so come prepared if you are not buying meals.

- Registration is open Friday 2-10p, Saturday 10a-10p and Sunday 10a-6p. You must arrive during Registration Hours. Walker Creek Ranch is a gated property. The gate will be secured at night and no arrivals are allowed outside of our registration hours.

- Registering online and in advance helps both FABULOSA and WCR in organizing all of us and it guarantees your preferences.

- There is a $25 Discount on the All-Inclusive Weekend Pass and a $10 Discount on Daily Passes to the Disabled, Seniors, and Students. Please keep in mind that students will be asked for their ID at the gate. If you would like this discount, write us at info@fabulosafest.com and you will be given an URL for your registration. For those paying cash at the door, we will help you at registration.

- If you are part of a group and want to do rooms or lodges together(bunk/semi and private), write us at info@fabulosafest.com after you have bought your ticket and we’ll set it up for you.

- Dogs are not allowed at Walker Creek Ranch (loads of wildlife) but your service dog is very welcome.

The grounds at Walker Creek Ranch are Wheel Chair Accessible EXCLUDING some of the lodging, the swimming pond area and the hiking trails. You will have a space to include your preference for wheel chair accessible lodging at checkout.

MEALS: Under the Single Day Pass, meals are purchased individually. We can only guarantee meals (and preferences) to those purchasing them online.
All meals are served buffet style in the Walker Creek Ranch (WCR) Dining Hall. The WCR kitchen staff prepares delicious and well-balanced meals (organic and local as much as possible), with herbs and vegetables from their garden. Vegetarian,Vegan and Gluten Free options are available.

LODGING DESCRIPTIONS

Camping (Tents & RVs)

There are a number of fantastic camp sites (some closer to bathrooms, some where you can have your car close by, others meant to be on the quiet side for families and some near the night parties so you don’t have far to go to bed). There are a limited number of RV sites but with no hookups. You share a central bathhouse. All camping and RV sites are first come, first served and will be done once you get on site.

Bunkhouse Bed

The Bunkhouse accommodations share a central bathhouse. Bring your own bedding and towel. Bunkhouse beds are twin mattresses on bunk beds. The size of the lodges range from 14-54 bunk beds per lodge. Your bed/lodge will be disignated on site. They will be first come, first served and not reserved in advance. We will let you know which ones have accessible toilets and showers. Bunkhouse lights out/quiet hours begin at 11pm until 8am.

Semi-Private

The Semi-Private Lodges have 3–5 beds per room, with several “European style” (down the hall) bathrooms on each floor. Linens, pillow and towel are provided. If you want to share rooms or lodges, you will have the opportunity at booking to give us the names of others in your group. Quiet hours begin at 11pm until 8am.

Private

The Private/Single Lodges have 1-2 beds per room and several “European style”(down the hall) bathrooms on each floor. Linens, pillow and towel are provided. Quiet hours begin at 11pm until 8am.
